Our patient portal is the best way to stay connected with the Holistic Health Code care team between visits. We’re here to support you! Portal messages are reviewed by our Registered Nurses, who can assist with:

  • Clarifying instructions from your care plan
  • Answering general follow-up questions
  • Processing prescription refills and prior authorizations
  • Helping you navigate next steps in your protocol
  • Directing you to self-schedule appointments

Please note: If a concern requires a new prescription or a change in treatment, we’ll guide you to schedule a visit. This ensures we can provide thoughtful, personalized care while maintaining the highest standard of medical oversight.
